1. Agreement to these terms

By visiting this site, submitting an application, or paying for RESET with Shawnnyce, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or apply.

RESET with Shawnnyce ("RESET," "we," "us") is offered by Shawnnyce, a Nevada business led by Shawnnyce Nutt, MS. "You" means the person visiting the site, applying, or attending.

2. Applications and acceptance

Submitting an application does not reserve a seat. RESET is limited to 145 guests, and we review every application personally.

You must be at least 18 years old to apply or attend.
You agree that the information in your application is true and complete.
We may accept, waitlist, or decline any application at our sole discretion, and we are not required to give a reason.
Your seat is confirmed only when you receive written acceptance from us and your required payment has been received.

3. Fees, payment, cancellations and refunds

The RESET investment is $15,000 per guest for a double room or $25,000 per guest for a private room, unless your acceptance letter states otherwise.

Deposit to hold your seat: $10,000, for either room type, due when you accept your seat.
Balance due: September 1, 2027 ($5,000 for a double room; $15,000 for a private room).
Payments: processed securely through Square.
Cancellation by you, more than 45 days before the retreat: refund of any balance paid; the $10,000 deposit is non-refundable, but your seat may be transferred.
Cancellation by you, 45 days or less before the retreat: no refund; your seat may be transferred.
Transfer of your seat: allowed. The new guest must apply, be accepted, and agree to these terms.
Cancellation or rescheduling by us: full refund of amounts paid, or a seat at the rescheduled dates if you prefer.

We are not responsible for your travel costs, including flights and lodging outside the retreat, if you cancel or if the retreat is rescheduled. We recommend travel insurance.

By paying, you agree not to file a chargeback for amounts that are non-refundable under these terms. Please contact us first at info@shawnnyce.com so we can resolve any billing concern.

4. Participation at the retreat

RESET includes about 36 hours of guided silence, a phone-free environment, and anonymity through color identity. By attending, you agree to honor these practices and the experience of other guests.

Devices. You agree to set aside your phone and other devices as directed. We will share how to give family or staff an emergency contact before you arrive.
Anonymity and confidentiality. You agree not to record, photograph, or share the identity, story, or personal information of any other guest, during or after the retreat.
Conduct. We may remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without a refund.
Health. You are responsible for knowing whether a semi-silent, phone-free retreat is right for you. Tell us in advance about any medical need, medication schedule, or accessibility request so we can plan for it. Consult your doctor if you have any concern.
Assumption of risk. Retreat activities may include walking, movement, and time outdoors. You participate voluntarily and accept the ordinary risks of these activities.
Venue rules. You agree to follow the rules of the host venue. You are responsible for any damage you cause.
Photos and video. We may capture photos or video of group sessions for marketing only with your prior written consent. You may decline at any time.

5. Not therapy, medical, or professional advice; no guaranteed results

RESET is a personal and professional development retreat. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Nothing shared at RESET or on this site is medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Results vary from person to person. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, including any change in your health, wellbeing, business performance, or income. Any experiences shared by past guests or by Shawnnyce are not typical and are not a promise of what you will experience.

6. Our content, site use, and limits of liability

Our content. The RESET name, SHAWNNYCE brand, logos, materials, workbooks, and session content belong to Shawnnyce. You may use materials you receive for your own personal use only. You may not copy, resell, teach, or record them without our written permission.
Using this site. You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or harmful information. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Third parties. The venue, payment processors, and other providers operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts or failures.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to RESET or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for RESET. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
Indemnity. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms, your conduct at the retreat, or your violation of another guest's privacy.
Events beyond our control. If weather, illness, venue closure, travel disruption, government action, or a similar event prevents the retreat, we may reschedule or relocate it. Section 3 describes your options if we do.

7. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Changes do not affect payments already made under an earlier version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law requires otherwise. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
