This policy explains how Shawnnyce ("we," "us"), the company behind RESET with Shawnnyce, handles information collected through this site, our application, and the retreat itself. By using this site or applying, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, phone, and mailing address, which you give us through the application or by email.
  • Application answers: your business or role, what you hope to gain, and how you heard about RESET.
  • Retreat details: room choice, dietary preferences, emergency contact, and any accessibility or health needs you choose to share after acceptance.
  • Payment details: billing name and address and payment status, from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Site and device data: IP address, browser, pages visited, and referring link, collected through cookies and similar tools.

If you share health or accessibility information, we use it only to keep you safe and comfortable at the retreat.

  • Process payments and send receipts and retreat logistics
  • Plan for your room, meals, safety, and accessibility needs
  • Contact you about RESET and, if you opt in, other SHAWNNYCE programs, events, and content

  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Anonymity at the retreat. Guests are known by a color, not a name or title. We do not share your identity, company, or application answers with other guests. We ask every guest to agree to keep what they see and hear at RESET confidential, though we cannot control what other guests do.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with people and services that help us run RESET, and only what they need:

  • Our team, such as staff who review applications and manage logistics
  • Funnel and email tools, such as ClickFunnels, which hosts this site and our application forms
  • Payment processors, such as Square, which handle your payment securely
  • The retreat venue, which receives only what it needs for rooms, meals, and safety
  • Authorities or advisors, when required by law or to protect someone's safety

If our business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.

5. Cookies, email, and text messages

Cookies. This site uses cookies and similar tools to keep forms working, remember your visit, and measure our marketing, which may include analytics and advertising tools from providers such as Google or Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work without them.

Email. If you apply or sign up, we may email you about RESET. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.

Text messages. We send texts only if you give your phone number and agree to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.

6. Keeping, protecting, and controlling your information

How long we keep it. We keep application and guest records for as long as needed to run RESET and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them. If you are not accepted, we keep your application for 6 months in case a seat opens, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Security. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing to you. Email info@shawnnyce.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, as the law requires.

  • Nevada residents may ask us not to sell their personal information. We do not sell it, but you may still send a request to the email above.
  • California residents have the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children. This site and RESET are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and we will tell you by email about any major change that affects how we use information you already gave us.
